Enter the product codes that you want to add to the cart in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

Return Policy in the B2B System

  1. Goods may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment by Fernity Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa.
  2. The return is made at the Customer's own expense.
  3. We do not refund shipping costs incurred by Fernity Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa for delivery to the Customer. However, if the delivery was initially free of charge based on individual arrangements, in the event of a return, the transport cost will be charged.
  4. We do not accept returns of goods that:
    • are used,
    • are damaged,
    • are not suitable for resale.
  5. Returns must be reported via the Complaints section in the Customer's B2B account.
  6. In the event of issues with the return (e.g. damage, unsuitability for resale), we contact the Customer individually to determine further action.
  7. After positive acceptance of the return, the funds for the goods are refunded in the agreed form.
